Delivery & Returns
We're happy to post to anywhere in the UK or the rest of the world. If you are ordering from somewhere outside of the EU please contact us before ordering so we can send you an invoice that doesn't have VAT added to it and has the actual shipping cost. We try to send out orders for delivery within the UK by Royal Mail. (Our standard delivery is 2 to 3 days- if you need your order earlier, please let us know).
Postage and Packaging Charges:
Just the actual cost of shipping your item at that time will be charged, please contact us before ordering.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
More than anything we want you to be happy with your purchases, so welcome your feedback (good or bad!) and are happy to refund or exchange unwanted items (with the exception of earrings because of EU Hygiene regulations.)
Returning an item for refund or exchange:
If you’d like to return something that is damaged, faulty or in some way unsatisfactory because of a fault on our part, please contact us first so we can do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible and with the least hassle to you.
Items must be returned to us by post to our mail order department in their original, unopened and un-used condition, with all of their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt. In keeping with the legal Distance Selling regulations, you are entitled to a full refund including postal charges if you notify us of your intent to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and return it to us in its original condition.
While you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, if you’d like an exchange we will pay for the cost of posting out the replacements.
When returning anything to us, please package it securely and safely (preferably in its original packaging) and send it by recorded delivery. Please enclose your original invoice and a note detailing the items being returned, the reason for their return and whether you'd like an exchange or refund.
